Federal contract alerts for small businesses

Never miss a federal contract you could win.

Opprio checks every new SAM.gov notice each morning and emails you the ones that match your NAICS codes, set-asides and target agencies. Built for solo consultants and small firms, priced like it.

From $19/month. Free trial for first-time Pro subscribers, one per person. Free plan available.

How it works

  1. 1

    Tell us what you do

Your NAICS codes, a few keywords, the set-asides you qualify for, the agencies you want.

  2. 2

    We check SAM.gov every morning

Every new federal notice is checked against your rules, not just a handful of codes.

  3. 3

    Get one email that matters

A single digest of open opportunities, soonest deadline first. No portal-trawling.

Set-aside filters

Small business, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB and VOSB, so you only see work you can actually bid on.

Deadline calendar

Every matched notice that's due in the next 30 days, grouped by week on your dashboard.

Recompete forecasts (Pro)

Contracts in your codes ending in the next 18 months, with a brief on each incumbent: value, offers received, options, set-aside.

Prime contractors to pitch (Pro)

Large companies that just won contracts and must subcontract to small businesses, with an outreach email draft.

Who wins this work

Typical award sizes and the latest winners in your NAICS codes, from USASpending.gov.

Browse every open notice and grant

Search all open SAM.gov contract opportunities and Grants.gov grants by keyword, NAICS code, set-aside, state or due date, on any plan.

Federal grants too

Alert rules can watch Grants.gov as well, with grants open to small businesses clearly marked.

Water & sewer project signals (Industry)

Council and utility-board items and state funding lists that show sewer and water projects months before they're bid.

Expired notices filtered out

Past-deadline notices never reach your inbox, so the digest stays short and actionable.

Simple pricing

Enterprise bid-tracking tools often cost thousands of dollars a year. Opprio doesn't.

Questions

Where does the data come from?
Official public sources: SAM.gov contract opportunities, Grants.gov grants and USASpending.gov award data, refreshed daily.
Do you cover state and local bids?
Yes, in Opprio Pro and Opprio Industry: open bids from 1,500+ cities, counties and districts across the U.S. that post bids on their own websites (including the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District and the Cities of St. Louis and Springfield), plus the open-data bid lists of New York City, the Los Angeles RAMP portal (City and County of Los Angeles, LAUSD, the Port), the State of Delaware, Montgomery County, MD, TxDOT lettings and E-Rate requests from school districts and libraries, checked every morning. Alert rules can limit them to the states you work in.
What happens after the trial?
The 7-day free trial of Pro is for first-time subscribers, one per person. Unless you cancel during it, your card is charged $19/month (or $190/year if you chose yearly). Cancel anytime from the billing page; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
What's Opprio Industry?
Everything in Pro plus early project signals for one trade, starting with water and sewer: council and utility-board items and state funding lists, months before the work goes out to bid. $200/month or $2,000/year, no free trial.
Is there a free plan?
Yes: 1 active alert rule with a weekly digest, and 3 saved notices with change alerts, free with no time limit.
